CD38（CD38分子）是一种II型跨膜糖蛋白，在淋巴细胞、浆细胞等多种免疫细胞表面广泛表达。它具有双重功能：作为外切酶催化合成和水解环状ADP-核糖（cADPR），这是一种动员细胞内钙离子的第二信使；同时也能作为受体/黏附分子，参与细胞激活和信号转导。它既是慢性淋巴细胞白血病等血液系统肿瘤的预后标志物，也是多发性骨髓瘤治疗的关键靶点（如Daratumumab）。
